Fog in the Forest, took part in the art exhibition, at Beltramini Palce, Italy. But also at “2024 AIMAE – Annual International Mail-In Art Exhibition” Federation of Canadian Artists, Vancouver , BC, Canada.
My art work seeks to show how we can enjoy the creations that Nature surprises us with as an essential part of the growth of an artist, and of creative inspiration.
For this reason, my printmaking is inspired by how the place changes before our eyes due to the effects of fog, creating dreamlike landscapes where everything around takes on unknown dimensions.
Fog in the Forest was printed on four layers of transparent fabric (synthetic rayon) that I printed separately and superimposed them to give the blurred perspective effect caused by fog, where we see the farthest away as figures that fade before our eyes. .
Technique: Handmade printmaking on transparent fabric (synthetic rayon) in four superimposed layers, to give a perspective and haze effect.
