“Healing”
Healing is an intimate dance with ourselves, where as human beings we can allow ourselves to see our needs, through feelings, emotions and the way we relate to the world.

I chose for this artwork, a mixture of techniques ranging from hand painting, also the use of inked stencils with different colors to represent the human figure, and concluding by drawing the finer details with watercolor and oil pencils.

In my painting I seek to, through a strong contrast of colors, to interpret the human figure in the spiritual journey towards the center of herself to connect with her essence of what she is, and thus facilitate the healing process.

Being able to express feelings freely and creatively allows us to connect with our interior and thus feel, listen and know our needs better.

In the composition, the leading women who dance represent the same person who seeks to restore her fragile body exhausted by stress, trying to connect through dance with the positive part of herself, with her inner light, hoping to find the necessary strength to be reborn and achieve personal satisfaction.
